Little Mogul A-21 was owned by Bob Blazer of Cincinatti, Ohio. 
His driver and co-conspirator was none other than the notarious Gene Whip.
Together they set a competition speed record in 1962.
The runner was built by the infamous John Cramer and was Ford Falcon powered.
