THIS RACING HULL IS WANTED IN CONNECTION FOR IT'S PAST HISTORY.
The wanted campaigned as Blue Devil Y-64.
  This culprit was a 11 ft Crosley powered hull built from Ingram plans in mid 1950's by Elroy Spicker from Dayton, Ohio.
It featured a Crosley motor that was laid over approx 70% and a real screamer. 
The boat was the first hydro ride for both Gene Whipp and Ronnie Brunner 
whom both went on to become National Champions in larger classes.
