THIS RACING HULL IS WANTED IN CONNECTION FOR IT'S PAST HISTORY.

THE MASTERMIND BEHIND THIS HYDROPLANE WAS ONE, PAUL SCHRODER. HE AND HIS ACCOMPLICES, HIDING OUT IN CINCINNATI, OHIO ASSEMBLED THE ABOVE WANTED, IN APPROXIMATELY THREE WEEKS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SUMMER, TO REPLACE THE SCAVENGER I WHICH WAS DESTROYED, THREE WEEKS EARLIER, IN THE RACING SEASON. CONFIRMED WITNESS HAS ONE, MR. PAUL SCHRODER, CAMPAIGNING THIS 280 CUBIC INCH CLASS FOR TWO SEASONS BEFORE OWNERSHIP CHANGED TO ONE, DON KEMPER. A 221 FORD MOTOR INSTALLATION THEN PUTS THIS HYDROPLANE IN THE 225 CUBIC INCH CLASS AND IT'S ALIAS CHANGED TO THE FLY N-48. PRESUMABLY, DON KEMPER, CAMPAIGNED THE SUSPECT FOR A YEAR, MAYBE TWO, THEN SOLD IT TO AN UNNAMED PERSON.
